HELP DIRVERS DOOR WONT OPEN

hello everyone
THE DRIVERS DOOR WONT OPEN FROM OUTSIDE OR INSIDE,THE BUTTON POPS UP , ALL OTHER DOORS ARE FINE,
any idea whats wrong as i cannot open the door

outside and inside door carrier is bad,broken cable....
