Reupholstering Steering Wheel

So my 4.8is has the alcantara/cloth interior, and I want to put alcantara on my OEM steering wheel. Is it possible to reupholster the steering wheel, where can I get it done (west coast for specific places, or general types of shops will work), and how much should I look to pay? Has anybody done this before?
