Contact at BMWNA? Leonora no longer there...
 
I was wondering if anyone knows who to send an email to at BMWNA since Leonora Vlaovich is no longer there. I have sent a couple emails to her address and didn't hear anything back, so I'm guessing there must be another contact for the cluster pixel issue. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Andrew helped me out with a different issue. He is at ext. 8758

Call any BMWNA Customer Relation Rep. He/she should be able to help you out with the cluster display malfunction (dead pixels) I got mine replaced for free after I contacted them, they worked pretty quick in my case, I got it replaced at my local dealer after BMWNA sent them all the info. in 3 days. First day, I contacted them, Second day i got email and got on the phone with them, giving all my registration info., Third day, they call back and tell me they have contacted my local dealer and they have the cluster in stock ready to be install. Later that morning I dropped off the car and picked up 3 hours later. FREE.
