Tony...,,,The UPS man came by today, by looking at the head light I can make the harnesses and it will be ready for you in couple of weeks due to waiting on some parts.

I'd still physically install them even since they won't be operational as they seal up a hole in the headlight that would otherwise let water/moisture in.
