Heated seats and seat belt tensioners

Is it possible to add heated seats? I ordered my 2006 X5 4.4 without heated seats and now a regret that decision.

Has anyone had their driver side seat belt tentioner replaced. I only have 28K miles and my tentioner just does not work very well. I have to feed the belt back into it. Reminds me of my old Plymouth:(

Hit the dealer for the tensioner. Heated seats CAN technically be retrofitted but the job is extremely difficult and BMW will not give you instructions to do it.
