Well, I think I now know what to do. I'm going to get RF headphones and a standalone DVD player, to send the video signal to each headrest and call it a day. Simple enough.

Hey everyone. Sorry for the delay... here are the pictures of my set up with the factory monitors in the headrest and dvd player in the armrest (where the cd changer would have been).
The monitors come with an infrared beam that allows one to hear the sound via a wireless headphones...I, however, put in an auxiliary setup in the armrest (as evident through the wires on the side of the dvd player) and when i want to watch a movie i use an auxiliary plug and plug that from the aux outlet in the monitors to the aux in the armrest--that allows me to listen to the sound via the factory speakers.
