Just joined 100k club
 

2002 BMW 3.0i X5 Silver with Silver interior. Sport package. Bought the car CPO with 58,000 miles on it in January 2007.

Mods:
Added OEM Bluetooth
Added JL Audio w3 sub with 250.1 amp
Added Sirius
Upgraded CD Player to handle Sirius
Dice HD iPod kit which I tore out due to engine noise

Problems / Maintenance

Door lock froze, replaced under CPO
Alarm going off 60k miles, hood switch replaced CPO
Torn boot, axel replaced
Two torn outer boots, both boot covers replaced
Seized caliper, both front rotors and pads replaced under CPO
New brake pads - rear
New wheel bushings - rear
New Aux Fan - CPO
New expansion tank - CPO
Bunch of Oil Changes, and Inspection II at 60k miles
New instrument cluster (few dead pixels) - CPO
New Lower control arm bushings (not CPO)

Current Problems, have not resolved:

Drivers side seat module, can't move more than a millimeter at a time
Not going to replace Tranny fluid

Hopefully she runs well now that CPO is over...
