Hi guys, anyone know how to put in an oil temp gauge in my X5. 06 4.4

How did you do it, tap the pan?

You need 1 temp guage from VDO and 1 temp sending unit . The sending unit replace your oil drain lug from here BMP design : 17mm Oil Temperature Sender Unit

Get an ''is'' instrument cluster...... Oil temp is displayed :popcorn:
