Are those the Chrome Black that you were talking about? They don't look like the pic you showed before. They still look great .. although in all 4 pics they look a little different each time .. must be the way it catches the light.

If they aren't, oh well, I was looking forward to seeing some Black chrome as I'm just curious. :D

Anyways .. the shaking is probably "imagined" but if not just get the alignment gus to double-check the rings (if ur using them) and also the alignment.

Not chrome black, transparent pewter high gloss! It has a slight metallic sparkle to it and seems to change when the light hits it. Sometimes it matches the trim perfectly, others it stands out, and even has a little gunmetal in there.

I'm still getting used to the tire size up front, drives a little differently. I was just worried that it would cause a strain on the engine (or whatever, I wish I knew more about cars...that's what you guys are for!)

I'll take pics over the weekend in different lighting.

Oh, I've got to recommend Butler Tire in Alpharetta Ga and Pro-Cryogenics in Cumming Ga. Both places took great care of me and my X.

The rims are replica 215's from Eurotech for $625 in 20x10.5 with Toyo Proxy 2's 295/40/20.

It was close today when they mounted the fronts on, almost looked like it was going to poke out too much...I was sick to my stomach for a second :sick:. Thankfully they turned out just right. I might decide to add the fender flares down the road and an x-pipe too.

Very nice, though I think I prefer the look of your chrome wheels. I guess one advantage to the darker wheels is that they'll hide the brake dust better, ha ha. Did you already sell the chrome wheels?

At risk of getting blasted im gonna say im not a fan of either the chrome or the new pewter wheels.However there different and different is good.
And by the way i'm definatley not a fan of that team in your avatar being a liverpool fan all i can say is 4-1 :D though that has no bearing on my judgement of your wheels.

I like the look. I saw the OEM versions at my dealer recently and wasn't a fan at first. Now that i see them on several different X's, they look really good!
