Yeah!!! the 'snow-shoes' (winter tires) are OFF!
The regular tires are loaded for the trip to the tire-shop to have the snow-tires swapped-out.
http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c3...s/_GBA5407.jpg We usually get the odd snow-storm in April here in Toronto but if that happens I'll just work from home. |
I miss changing my shoes in the spring....It's such a great feeling sportin those summer wheels for the first ride. Enjoy!
|
Sitting here in Buffalo wanting to do the same. Maybe next week.

You guys have got to be kidding!! We're still expecting the last 20% of our snow....

Where did you score the nice Michelin tire covers and thick blanket?
And what's up with the 'chuck the wheels in the back of the car' action. Here's the proper way to transport wheels in a X5 according to the manual. |

1) We don't know he transported them like that and ... 2) Even if he did, it doesn't matter that much - no one is gonna die! Its not a threat to National security.:D :stickpoke  What tires are those Mike? They look different that's for sure. BTW .. I've had my summer tires on all winter ... no change here. :p: |
The slippers for your shoes are awesome! I agree - let us know where you got them.
