:xoutpost: G'day mate and welcome. That's one nice looking ride you got there. 26 thou miles ?? that's unreal, works out at a bit over 4k a year!! Also show us inside please.
Watch out for the mod bug, he gonna bite you bad  |
Mod bug bit the 2nd day of ownership...I installed new stereo with my iPod and Sirius attached... Already started looking into other things that I want to do to it..

Car looks great and exterior color is cool.
The Peel is sweet! I'd love to have one and mount it on a roof rack just to see people's expressions. Wow, restoring an Isetta! Awesome and am I jealous. You should set up a web site with photos and details of the restoration as it proceeds. There was a guy who did it with an M1 restoration and I used to be glued to the monitor reading his updates. Way back when, the owner of an indy I used to go to had an Isetta and told me that it wasn't legal to take on the highway and that he could only legally drive it in his neighborhood or to work since it was relatively close. Is that still the case? BTW, they made so many of them, what the hell happened to them all? They seem to be rarer than a 1962 Ferrari GTO. Quote:

They are legal to take on any road where I am, minimum requirement is 50cc and it has a 300cc... They did make a lot of them, just not a lot came over to the US... My Vespa is a 150cc and I take it on the highway all the time...its not that bad. |
:xoutpost:
You're the proud owner of a very unique colored X5. We don't see many that aren't silver/black/white/gray/blue. |
Welcome ! Nice color for an X5. Let the mods begin.......
|
awesome X! and you got lucky with that low mileage. now lets get those wheels upgraded!
also, Jose, isn't that a painted part on the bumper, and not just a painted lower bumper? i've seen that kit online before.. hmm... (referring to post 4) |

Makes you THINK its the 4.6/4.8 rear diffuser but its not ... just the lower bumper trim painted that way. You should try it! ;) |
