xDrive, ABS & Brake Fluid - Need Help

So I recently did a brake job on my '06 X5 3.0L. New pads in the rear, new rotors and pads in the front. It's been about 500 miles since then. Brakes feel good, tiny bit of squealing up front at very slow speeds (like pulling into my garage) but nothing alarming. I also flushed the brake fluid using my handy-dandy BavAuto pressure bleeder and used standard Ate DOT4 SL fluid. I didn't do any bedding in procedures or anything like that, just cleaned the new rotors off before putting them on, new front anti-rattle clips, cleaned and regreased the caliper guides and lubed up the caliper tops and bottoms where the piston-pad moves. Standard stuff.

My concern is that I may be putting my full braking potential in jeopardy because I've used standard fluid as opposed to the low-viscosity stuff. I've since read that the xDrive X5 models call for low-viscosity fluid and I used the standard DOT4 stuff.

Should I re-flush it? It's fairly easy but not sure if it's worth the time if I really don't have to.

Don't know the answer but if its easy as you say then for safety reasons just replace the fluid. Then you won't have to fret or wait for an "answer" - and I don't mean an answer from the forum. ;)
