What would be the cheapest way to convert Halogen to Xenon?

buy the ballast/bulb then dremmel out the halogen to fit Xenon?
Or buy the whole casing (ebay) and work it out that way?

Does anyone have pictures with the halogen that was retrofited to Xenon (so I guess anyone with non-projectors with xenon lights?
