is there a write up on how to remove 2001 x5 engine 3.0
can any body help me, i have to change rod bearing and piston ring
i try to take outg the engine but the front drive axle goes through the sump right to left
can the engine come off with the front diferental attach to the engine or how can i take off the diffrental can anyone help i been working on this since january

need help any body some body
with the enginr removal
how di i get the axle out that goes through the sump to the diffrential:rofl:

front axle differential removal.

remove everything off of the steering knuckle because that is removed with the drive axles.

the manual states that the engine should be lifted to take excess weight off the engine mounts. left and right mount has to have their upper nut removed. get the bentley repair manual for all your concerns
