Hi there, do any of you chaps know for a fact that the lurch on the autos transmissions in particular felt on diesels leads to transmission failure?my x5 3.0d 2004 has done the thump in the rear thing twice to me in say 5000miles of driving.....am really worried the transmission will go....thanks
