At least show us the links you are considering,.......................please, then you might get some helpful tips/hints on your headlight journey, otherwise you're on your own and maybe wasted a good thread.

Just in case you don't realize it, your post makes absolutely zero sense then. Thanks for taking the time to clarify the situation though. Hopefully no one will actually take the time to respond to this.

For any aftermarket headlight assembly stick with DEPO, I think they're made in China, and they are all over ebay.

Although DEPO are the best in aftermarket headlights when compared to Sonar and other junk, they still do not perform as well as the original from HELLA. You will fight with different error messages at random, and aftermarket ballasts like to burn out the bulbs. That is the experience I have had, and I know I'm not alone. Goodluck

DEPO lights are made in Taiwan. Quality-wise, I think it's better than China made ones.

Evan better.. Taiwanese companies make better textiles as well, referencing my own industry.

I have DEPOs on my E46 and the quality is amazing

I just sent them back to the manufacturer, I wasn't having any luck with the ballasts. I did find that the overall quality and look of the housing was great, they were very sturdy and did not collect condensation of fog up while they were installed through some hefty rainstorms and a few car washes. The reason I praise the housing quality, is because i read that a few people were able to alter them and use all the stock components (leveling motor, bulb and ballast). Unfortunately, i am not so handy.

The misshaped AE's were a product of the retailer i got them from, that was an issue he was going to fix as he received the correct size rings. Eh, the chance passed and he is getting the complete set up back since they did not work properly on my car.

Long story short, they did not work for me, but they did for others after complete electonic overhauls :dunno:

You only need to use the Shift key to get to the numbers. As an alternative, many French (AZERTY) keyboard users type numbers on the numeric keypad. Possibly, the OP doesn't know about these techniques. However, look at the posts in this thread and others where he has not typed numbers but mixes uppercase phrases with lowercase or types in all caps.

Thai headlights are not very big. I've found they have excellent tail lights though.

If that was your exact point, and you knew that he could use the SHIFT key as haigha said, you should've suggested that to him instead of ordering him to turn off his caps lock...again. :rolleyes:

Because of history a lot of people in Lebanon speak French. Lebanon actually is a member of the Francophone countries and French is an official language there. French is not only spoken in France and Quebec but in many countries. About 200 million people speaks French over the world including me ... heu! well not sure if I still speak French but I do still swear in it so that should count :)
Being French not only enables me to be arrogant, stupid and coward but also to speak my mother tongue in more than 50 countries :)
