I sold my FX35 for my X5 4.4i - I think the X5 is WAY faster than the V6 FX35. What the hell is everyone talking about?

Can you win the FX35? Only if it is a prize for winning the race. Can you beat the FX35? Without a doubt.

I think that our 4.4's would beat FX45's as well.

My 4.4i is WAY faster than my Range Rover Sport as well. no competition

4.4 wont beat infiniti fx45 :-( as infiniti is lighter ;-) I tired before. FX45 beat a fuck out of and X5 4.4. 4.8 will beat FX45 but not FX50 or EX35

(yes I know the vid is an E70)

BMW for the win as long as you know how to drive and he doesn't have any tricks up his sleeve like NOS.

But isn't a stock 4.8 quicker both to 60mph and to 1/4 mile than a stock EX35?!

I have smoked an Intiniti FX45 several times with my 4.4i. The infiniti is rated at 6.8sec 0-60 and the X5 at 6.9sec. (Depending on which review you read.) When you're anywhere within 0.5sec of each other, it comes down to the driver.

A friend of mine has tried so many times to race me from a dead stop, and I smoke him every time. How?? Put the X5 in steptronic and downshift. He finally gave up and stopped trying! I also came across an idiot who kept trying to race me at every light once. I let him get the first laugh and at the third light I floored it and kept my foot down! I kept gaining on him and the gap became much longer at higher speeds that he also gave up. BTW just for the record, I do NOT race or floor my vehicle around town and drive like a maniac!

The FX50 is a different story though. It's rated at 5.6sec and it's light and fast. Get into an accident in one of those and it's like a fly hitting the wall. You'll wish you were in an X5. I don't care how fast an Infiniti is. They could make the damn thing 4.5sec and I would still never buy one! If speed was everything, I would buy a cheap Mustang GT!

There's a RR Sport and a RR Sport Supercharged....with the RRS Supercharged running low 7's, it's very possible. The RRS non-S is in the 8's. Don't jump to conclusions so fast....
