Wind Noise
I have a wind nosie that seems to be comming through my middle vent in my 2004 X5 when I am on the highway (60-80 mph) I have tried turning the outside air vents off, moved the wipers, turned the AC on/off, turned the fan high/low. Nothing seems to affect it. It only goes away once I slow down. It is not something that always happens at a certain MPH but it only happens when it is windy and the car speed is 60 ish. The car has 121k mile on it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Wind noise
I have the same problem in my 2006 4.8is with 31K miles… I was driving about 80mph last night. It was fairly windy on the Highway. I could hear this wind noise coming through the car… even turning off the climate control didn’t help… anyone has encountered this issue?

Wind Noise
I had the same type of problem on my 2004. It was the windshield. The next time it happens, press the windshield with you hand behind the mirror and see if that stops it. If that is the case you need to get the windshield re sealed. Talk to a windshield vendor. They can advise.
