I wish they were still hidden behind the access panel...I think it takes away from the looks of th X when it's sticking out past the bumper cover like that. If they were recessed so the cover still went on and I could just get a longer hitch receiver, i'd be in.

Thanks again for the orders everyone, we currently have a few more kits in stock and ready to ship!

Hey guys, buy these hitches so they don't have to keep deleting and reposting the same reply EVERY day. This reminds me of people who keep posting the same ad one after another on Craigslist (who get flagged for spamming), so apparently the survival of their business hinges on the sale of these based on the frequency of reposts.

I could be in error but......

I believe ECS is a vendor on this site and seeing as how these hitches
were out of stock all over the country they may be trying to inform
all who come here about their availability.

We've been informed....it doesn't need to be reposted every day for the past three days. If the demand is there, people will search and find this thread and/or EAS as a distributor. I'm keeping this thread as one of my subscriptions just in case I ever decide I'm going to tow anything w/ my X, but a daily thread bumping w/ the same information is getting old. We know they're for sale, they've told us more than once....point made.

Quicksilver 07-03-2009 04:04 PM

The Vendor is advertising. If you don't want to buy
then so be it. Don't visit the thread. I may be
wrong but I believe the frequency of a vendors
repost is a decision left to the Moderators
and Admins to decide. But if you wish to
register a complaint theres a triangle off the
the right side of his post. You can click on
that triangle and make your feelings known.

Have a good day

Vendors pay their bills through the sales from us, the forum members. The forum then gets paid via our purchases from the vendors, so we all need each other in one way or another.I already said I don't want unsubscribe from the thread for the fact that one day I may want one. My point is it we don't need a daily reminder, repost, bump, etc. Vendors need us and we need them, so no one should get posting priveleges or be allowed to spam...in the end we all pay the bills here.

I'm having an awesome day....beautiful weather, driving to Seattle while I'm looking over the boards....excited for the 4th.

I got your point but maybe you missed mine.

Or I can address it like an adult right here by talking man to man before stomping my feet and running to mom and dad or getting HR involved. I shouldn't have to file a "complaint" to get a point made.
