help! ignition buzzes when car is started

the past 2 days my ignition buzzes when i start the car. its the same buzz you hear if you accidentally try to turn on the ignition when the car is already on. any idea what this may be?

i hope it isnt major - i just dropped $2300 to replace all the cooling system hoses and thermostat.:dunno:
