How many (door) speakers should an X5 ('03) have?
 

How many speakers should an X5 have? I know the DSP version has an additional subwoofer but the number of interior speakers should be ten in all cases, right? However, in my '03 X5 4.4i there's no sound coming from the front door tweeter locations, both left and right. So I doubt if there's a tweeter behind it. Also in the rear doors there's only one speakermount, should be two? http://www.xoutpost.com/images/smilies/dunno.gif Could it be that there were two speaker packages at the time and maybe most X5's have the 10 speaker package but mine unfortunately not?
Makes me wonder if the amp is equipped to handle at least the tweeters in the front doors if I add them afterwards.

..just found the answer in a recent post regarding audio upgrade, seems I have a "basic" hifi setup in my car.. :(
