power lock button and Emergency button stop working
 

Hi guys I have 2003 3.0i all off sudden my power door lock switch inside and Emergency switch stop working. Anyone else experinced this. Any suggestions what should i look for which can help find out cause of the problem greatley appreciated

I have the same problem now. Hoping someone can shed some light.

The switch is bad. Part number for a replacement is 61318368920 and if you get the URO brand it's about $22 at ECS tuning

i purposely disconnect mine because the dog steps on it when I leave her in the car. You can get to it easily if you pull up the leather boot around the gear shift (there is a plastic frame that is held on with pressure- kinda pull in the sides and lift up), push your hand in to push up the switch from underneath. Might be worth making sure the connection didn't come loose.
