I purchased a X5 4.6iS
 

Well I did it. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2002 X5 4.6 silver/blk. It has 32k miles on it and came with the Navi. Purchase price was $38k. Good deal?

Hell effin yeah it is! Congrats! It is a RARE vehicle, the 4.6, you just don't find that many out there, especially with a For Sale sign on them.

OMG...I paid 37K for my 2001 4.4 w/31K miles a little under a year ago, great deal, I love the interior trim...

The general manager of the BMW dealership had the running boards put on because his sister was going to buy the X5 but then she opted not to buy it. Marriage problems I am told. I guess it was a good deal. heh

With out Navi....that was a great deal!!!

I would have pulled the trigger in a heart beat myself....where did you get it?

I have an 01 with out Nav I bought in Aug with 48K for $29.5. I brought Nav and a extended w for $1900 and $1700...so for $32.5 I got a 4.4 01. I would have spent the extra 6g's for a year newer and no mod aggravation.

Thats a really good deal. Enjoy it...its a good bid less than I paid for mine and I have more miles....You will love it...the thing absolutely flies.

That just looks mean !! is that front spoiler standard never noticed one like that before,perhap you just notice it more on a silver car!!!

SANguru, I have a 2005 CBR600RR. One of the reasons I bought the X5 was to haul my bike to Infineon and Laguna Seca. :)

I didn't meet Chris. The guys over there are pretty cool.

X5 Sport, the chin spoiler is standard on all 4.6 and 4.8 X5s I believe.

BTW.. I know that 4.6 :) it was Sal's (who's one of the guys from M5board) sister's car. Really nice people and that X was well taken care of.

I was told by the general manager that it was traded in Palo Alto for a Carrera GT. There were 2 silver 4.6 X5s at Fremont of BMW. My 2002 and there was a 2003.

i was told my car was ownded by friend of the dealer, then i found out it was a lease from no where near the dealer..they say everything to sell a car..but as long as its good ..who cares!..NICE RIDE looks awesome in silver..def. killer price!..here for anj 03 it is 64000-70000cdn for bmw cert, till o9/09. w/21kms

yep, they'll say anything to sell a car. not sure what's up with story I was given if it was indeed a lie. the GM didn't know the owner of the car, nor did he use it to help close the deal since I had already purchased the car.
