If have an A/C question
 

I got my 2006 X5 just a week ago. There is an A/C outlet on the back.
Next to the two vents there is a switch with a fan symbol on it.
I can actually feel a slight clicking when I turn the wheel.
Should this turn on a fan? I barly get any air out of the two vents.
