hey startx5, a question for you...

i currently have a standard halo headlights and want to upgrade to halo projector (the one with angel eyes and brighter lights?) off ebay. these are not exactly the xenon headlights, however, are these halo projectors going to perform in terms of only brightness as close to xenon headlights?

i really care less about self leveling stuff...

Very interesting post. My gf totaled my 04 X5 with self leveling and adapting HID lights. I got a newer 06 X5 with regular halogens. Is there a way to put the HID headlights from my HiD 04 X5 on my halogen 06 X5 and make adaptive self leveling HIDs to work? Is the wire mising? Can i run a wire? Self leveleing and adaptive HIDs are so nice in turns on a curvy road. Really improves visability and safety. I miss them. After market Hids dont turn left and right into turns so I really dont need them. What i really need is the adaptive turning feature. Please advise!
