Dice Silverline Pro Bug????
 

Thank you members for helping me decide get the Dice Silverline Pro especially Tom. But I apologize Tom I had to get it from eBay since it was a little cheaper there and you know with the economy and stuff.

So I just installed it (actually sounds better than CD to me) and everything works great but only one minor issue. When I turn on the radio without the key in the ignition and play the iPod it plays fine and everything is great. But when I turn the radio off (still without the key in the ignition) the radio doesn't turn off and the time keeps displaying on the radio. I even tried to lock the car but the radio seems on with the time being displayed. (I have no nav, no dsp)

Now I tried doing the same with a different source like FM/Business CD without the key and when I turn the radio off it does turn off and the screen goes blank.

I also tried switching out of SMART mode with all dip switches off but the radio still keeps displaying the time. Again this only happens when I turn the radio on without the key in the ignition. If I have the car running and then turn on/off the radio everything works as normal so it's a minor inconvience. Only time I can see it as a major problem is if it drains the battery overnight and the car won't start.

Sorry for the long post but let me know if anyone else has the same issue.
