Hi Guys!

You guys have an amazing site here!
I'm the proud new owner of this 2001 3.0 X5! I've been looking for a while (and lurking here :p: ) and picked this one up last week. It has the 5 speed manual transmission that I really wanted, plus some other goodies. The options are:

Topaz Blue Metallic (364) exterior
Sand Montana Leather (N6HC) interior
(0ZA1) Activity Package
(0255) Sports Leather Steering Wheel
(0330) Sport Package
(0403) Moonroof
(0412) Sliding Load floor
(0430) Auto-Dimming Mirrors
(0448) Climate Package
(0499) 100% Options <------------ what is this?
(0508) Park Distance Control
(0522) Xenon Headlights
(0650) In-Dash CD Player
(0677) Premium Hi-Fi System

61k miles only!

Runs very well (drove it from Washington DC back home to Montreal with no problems), but there are a couple of things that need work. I'll post in new threads when I need help! (after extensive searching!!) I do my own work and have a lift insalled in my garage (12' ceiling in garage). Gotta get at those front CV boots next week!

So I wanted to introduce myself and say HI!

Thanks! I'm very happy with it!:woohoo:

I think I got a good deal at only $10,900.

It isn't CPO, but I do all my own work, so at that price I hope I'll be ok even if I have to put some money into it.

Hey Brian,
Your dash trim is in Samana Beige like mine. Both our steering wheel trims are in the same finish which apparently is most unusual (to have that colour on the s/wheel). First time I've seen it apart from mine.

LOL!

Thanks for the kind words. Yes, it has lots of gas now! That pic was from the seller.

So I should not let the light come on? I've done a lot of reading here, but I don't remember anything about the fuel pump. Thanks for the tip
