19000 miles on vehicle , 1 year or 30k left on maintenance and original warranty and
2 additional years on the CPO warranty, they are asking 32800, any opinions out there?

Well, there's an Imola 4.8iS with similar miles but not CPO in the Roundel for $35k obo.

However, that's not a bad price and Imola is the only color worth looking at anyway (everyone knows this, right? :stickpoke).

Seriously though - is the 4.8is a 2006? Also - the CPO and maint pays for itself. The maint you might do once maybe twice anyway in the 2 yrs you have it. So i'd say go for it and try offering even lower. Who knows, they might take it. Was 32800 the asking price? Find out how long it's been on the lot.
