Difference between cargo covers - powered seats vs non powered
 

Hi, I recently purchased an 05 X5 4.4i, but it did not come with the cargo cover. I have powered rear seats.

I am checking on ebay but some of them don't list whether its for the powered rear seats or not. I've done some research and there are two skus for the cargo covers, one for powered seats and one for non powered seats.

What are the differences? Will it truly not be compatible if I bought the cargo cover for a non powered rear seat?

Please let me know if you have any insight into this.
