NOVA Tint Shop Recommendations
 

New to the area and just picked up my '06 4.8is and need to get it tinted. I have read plenty of the reviews on line, but they vary site to site and many don't have any reviews that are all that recent.

Does anyone have any advice on where to take my X?

I have all my cars tinted at Audio Underground in Springfield. They charged my $90 for the front windows on the X5 and the new ML. $200 all around on the E60 530i. Lifetime warranty. No problem whatsoever, the tint stays the same color, no peeling, no fading, no bubbles.

I forgot where I got my front windows tinted (its been years) but i had my rear ones tinted over the privacy glass with Huper Optik Ceramic tint recently by SunPro Tinting Sun Pro Tinting . Dave and his partner do an awesome job. They come to you and hand cut it (you can't even tell its hand cut!). I highly recommened them as their prices are fair too. He tinted my silver X5 and my friends grand marquise. Let him know I referred you.

You should make sure what brand film they use. Huper Optik, Madico, Llumar, Solargard are some good brands. Check this site for choosing shop

whats the Law on front windows tinting? My x5 has tint on all the windows except the front seat.

Does the Law ban tint on front windows for safety issues?

each state has different laws regarding the percentage on the front windows.
