Rear camber off? (pics attached)
 

See attached pics, is this an alignment issue? or should i have the dealer check the if its in spec?

I was walking around the X and just caught my eye, I know the come factory with a negative camber but I'm not sure if the right is correct?
I would think the left rear is proper.Im not sure you can see in the pics,

I had put a square on the rubber of the right tire n slid the point of it up and the tip was flush with the plastic fender, did the same of the left tire and it was in about 1/2" to the middle of the rear plastic fender.

Any help will be appreciated,

IMO alignment time my friend. Maybe wait for Weasel or JCL though.

There is no such thing as a bad time for an alignment. You can take a brand new car, perfectly align it, then drive around for a month. I bet if you pulled it back on the alignment rack it wouldn't be perfect anymore.

If you have any reasons for alignment such as irregular tire wear, steering wheel not centered, pulling, etc. don't have any reservations on getting an alignment done. Just make sure you have it done by a place that really knows BMWs or the dealer as these aren't your common chevys or hondas... gotta have the right equipment and know how to use it.

Thanks, Fronts are staight, no pull! I do have some shake on the passenger seat at 100km on the highway, Wheels are balanced but I think the rear toe is out.
