What does Sport Package have?
 

I've owned it for more than 8 months, still not sure what package it's equipped with. What a dumb a**..............:wow:

Then I just realized it's equipped with sport package this afternoon by fining out there's a "D S" showing up. :D Am I correct? saying it's sport package by just the D S sign. And what's the difference between prem & spor package?

No that's not the only way to tell. Sport package has different wheels, steering wheel, suspension, exterior trim...

A lot of changes from the base model. There's a link on the home page of this site that tells you which options your x5 has.

a dead give-away should be the shadow line exterior window trim.

Sport- shadowline
standard- chrome

I am really confused, I have the Sport Steering but I have chrome line exterior, but my ride is very stiff like a sports package..... so what do I have? i bought the vehicle used recently !

In the US, the only E53 that came with the chrome window trim was the non-sport 4.4i. Not sure if that holds true with vehicles that were exported.

see we can get anything on our cars, there is no limitation to one package as the market here is so tiny, most cars are made to order in any variation of options, so I guess I do have the sport pack with chrome line exterior

The X5's here in Australia seem to be spec'd very differently, we have the obvious models like the Sport, V8, non-sport and Individual but my car for example has a range of sport, non sport and V8 options fitted and its a 3.0ltr. BMW in Aus will spec any car with what the buyer wants, although thats probably the same everywhere in the world.
