Anyone had trouble getting ibright v3's
 

Ordered a set of angel ibright v3's direct from angel ibright / RemPhos technologies . Over 5 weeks ago and still no sign of them they gave me a tracking number from UPS but it's useless only says they were picked up but nothing about where they went after that .:stickpoke
After a few e-mail's they have told me they are going to ship another set ,that was 5 days ago and i haven't recieved a new tracking number for the order or any confirmation they have been sent .:dunno:
Did suggest in my last email I would be happy to get my money back as I'm over waiting but just got the answer back we'll send a new set .
Any idea's ,any one else got a set lately.

sent another e-mail today if I don't get the response I'm after I guess I will try and get a refund through mastercard

I'm trying to get in touch with him about my headlights I purchased. The guy has poor customer service lately.. can't get in touch by email or phone.

I can't even get a chance to phone with opposite time zones , He was answering emails but i get the feeling it was just spin not the truth , I will give them until this afternoon then I'll contact mastercard I guess and see if I can get the payment reversed.

edit . just got a return email telling me they are definatly shipping another set today , Just have to wait an see I guess.

I just spoke to Dave today at 3pm. They don't have many workers so that is why it takes them long. Try and give a call today 1(800) 620-0269 or tomorrow. Otherwise you can try umnitza?

Try Bimmian.com thats where i got mine. think they were shipped by iBright though.

Do you still have faith in Umnitza coming good?? because their latest h/lights project looks fantastic.

I do have faith in them. I've done alot of research and I think I'm going for Orions. I'm just trying to find an OEM xenon headlight set (there was one for sale on the forum but I have no idea what the seller is doing). I prefer OEM because I want to use the OEM ballasts and bulbs, otherwise I'll try the $10 adapter on ebay on h7 headlights.

My headlights will be up for sale after that!

Oh, and if anyone has OEM xenon headlights stamped before 10/02 I'll take themmm (or trade for my custom angle eye setup?)

well 6 weeks later they have arrived , we will see how the go installed

I have almost the same experience. Ordered a set of ibright v3 and a fog HID upgrade.
Payed with paypal, and after 3 weeks they havent shipt anything, and dont answer my email anymore. So i have made a dispute thrugh paypal against them, it was almost 500$
