How to get the Day Time running lights on?
 

I live in a European country that enforces a day time headlight law, but my German X5 is not set up for running lights to come on at startup, so I have to remember to put the beams on every time I get in the car. Mostly I forget until I see the first police car :rolleyes:

Is this a dealer/key setting or can I do it myself.
