Front Control Arm Suspension
 

During HID foglight installation on Saturday, i found something wrong (a little damaged) on my truck front control arm suspension (tension strut WITH RUBBER MOUNTING). I am going to buy 2 front left and right CAS to replace soon. I found it on Bavarian Autosport website with price for $147.95 which is good price to compare to dealer's price ($225).
Did anyone buy parts from Bavarian AutoSport before? and are control arms from this seller are real OEM?

I always get my parts through them. They're on my doorstep the following day with regular shipping.

However, you can save your self a lot of $$$ by just getting the bushings. Just press the old one out, press the new one in, and you saved about $90 per side. Make sure you replace both sides at the same time. There is a great DIY out there from x5 girl. You should check it out

You mentioned that your control arm was a little damaged? If the arm itself is bent or cracked you should definitely replace the arm. It also makes for a much easier job to purchase the bushing already pressed in the arm, unless you have access to a press and the right diameter press fittings.

$147 for the whole arm is a good price and Bavauto have always provided me great service and parts.

Flatlander, the only damaged is control arm bushing as shooter mentioned above.
Shooter, thanks for your information, that helps alot! I check front suspension system after finished HID installation and i will DIY for this replacement.
