it is a 3.0 which i say proudly , those are actually B&B exhaust , not covers. i picked up the 3.0 at the year end clearance for 43K, x5 was originally intended for the wife but i kept it and dressed it up. All mods and labor cost around 6K

just go to ebay and do a search for "m emblem". u can even find a carbon fiber emblem that goes on the hood or trunk.

some of the emblems are just a colored sticker on metal. The painted ones are better quality

Something tells me SG was ragging you about the ///M emblems. They really dont belong on the X5...but I guess I cant talk..I have the M pedals and M steering wheel...oh well..

i noticed on the right side, above the blinker, there is an emblem.
however, there is none on the left side above the blinker.
why is that and what enblem is it?

That is the BMW Motorsport emblem, as in M1, M3, M5, M6, M Roadster, M Coupe..................did I get them all?

only on the one side though? did the other side fall off?
