lug pattern interchange

just want to check before i go make the deal but 20in wheels off of a 08 X5 are the same lug pattern as my 02 4.6is right? all of my google search says they are but just want to check.

Lug pattern is the same but you will need hub centering rings. (available for not much $ from a variety of places)
