Yeah, I think the guy talking says it is 4.6 with SC (super charger).

My bone stock 4.6is is limited to 155mph, but just a dinan program and I should easily make it to 165. I'd imagine the supercharged one must be a blast to drive!

Kinda wish the video was longer to show the police action though.

Well, from Alex Roy's book, I found that it's a 164MPH support car for the Koenigsegg owned by Arthur Chirkinian. It had 4 people and luggage in it, keeping up with Alex at around 146MPH.
