I need help ASAP

Does anyone have a picture of the drivers side valve cover on a 2001 4.4 x5, or can someone take one for me. Just go my car back from the shop and the routed the battery cable wrong - it is under the top cover and coming out the side.

Thanks you very much.. The funny part is the last picture is of my engine :)

I needed the one that shows the power cable gets routed under the manifold.
