window sun shade

Yes.. I got my window regulator broken and trying to replace it.
So, I already saw and read all the articles and videos, BUT can't take sun shade off. Whatever I push the small clip up and down, it isnt loose.
Is there any advice that you can tell me?
I dont know why its not taken out.
