just want to make sure one thing, getbmwparts.com do sell genuine bmw parts, correct? |
Yes
|
yes?
any better/ lower price shops for genuine bmw parts? |
not all oem stuff there, but for example they have lemforder suspension parts / i bought their tie rod ends yesterday and they are at my house now. i will post about quality of part and if it is lemforder. (i believe that lemforder make ths tierod ends for the X5)
|
I have bought from them before. They are a dealer Tischer BMW (located in DC Metro Area). All their parts are pretty much OEM and they can source things directly like any other dealer does. They just offer a lower price than the dealer if you buy online.
Most BMW dealerships use the same parts catalog if you look at it (its trademotion). They sell some non-oem parts but most parts are OEM. |
But do the parts indacate if they are OEM or not?
|
I have purchased parts from Tischer (getbmwparts.com) for years for my M3. Always gotten OEM parts. Customer service is really good too...
Oh yea - this is my 1st post. |
Pelicanparts.com has better pricing and OEM parts
|
when you say OEM parts, same pars sold at BMW part shops?
|
thanksamcink, but pelicanparts seem to have much higher price. ex. tie rods $128.31 at getbbmwpart whereas $162 at pelicanparts
