Is this date ok with you guys ??

The only spanner in the works if my car is delayed in the bodyshop which i have no control over I can do other dates which might be a safer bet but was trying to tie it up with R8DX5 visit.

I should be around, but the 27th falls in conjunction with Thanksgiving, one of us Yanks' "bigger" holidays. I might still be in Spain, but it depends on how long I can sponge off my in-laws. Keep us informed!

It may be a bit off into the future, and it would be nice to do something like this, but thinking off into the distance a little bit, why not set something up with the official BMW Car Club in the UK for their annual bash next Summer. I went this year with SWMBO's 330CD Sport Conv and didn't see many 'X's' at all.

There must be pleny of us in the UK to be able to take part in something like that. This year's event was at Gaydon in Warwickshire. It was a good day out as entrance to the museum was included too, along with a chance to drive on the Gaydon Test Circuit.

Just a thought.............

I mean we could always do another one next year and go there then if there was enough interest.

I really wanted to do a X5 World meet here in the UK after looking at the fun and the pictures from across the Pond.

So do you guys wont to do the 27th Nov or would you prefer another date ?

I think I will be better of coming to the next one in the states at this rate LOL. Now where is the MOD to make my X5 sea worthy for the crossing :-)
