Happy days. The X5 feels like a new car again. Took it for a long drive and performance didnt change once.

Is there anything this forum hasn't already solved..........:) Thanks again Kewl X5

Congratulations!! :D That was money well spent. Anyhow, the mechanic should have given you a discount for not telling you to come back sooner re: exhaust camshaft sensor error! ;)

Anyhow, you can now tow your boat without worrying about decreased performance. You will probably see a little boost on fuel mileage as well!

You are lucky that I happened to have a slow day at work and stumbled upon your post...;)

Yep, the boat arrives in exactly 4 weeks tomorrow. Can't wait! I need to get a tow hitch fitted before then too.
