Help with a shudder and vibration

Hi,
Can anyone give me some ideas with a horrible shudder/vibration i am getting on my e53? It happens whilst I am doing apx 40mmph on a sweeping right hand bend only (steering wheel very slightly turning right) left seems ok. It feels like the wheel is going to fall off and entire steering wheel shakes very badly and cabin rattles to bits. I mean really bad - enough to make you crap yourself and stop.
I have fitted powerflex bushes all round (except anti roll bar and rear subframe bushes) but have fitted oem subframe bushes and anti roll bar bushes. I have replaced discs and pads and front link rods (oem again).
I have had wheels balanced to zero and 4 wheel alignment.
Has anyone got any ideas? ny help or pointers would be great.
Do drive shafts/propshafts fail often on x5's. this is a 2001 model 3.0d.
Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Could you share details of the fix? This will help the next victim of this gremlin.

Thx!

SORRY FOR THE DELAY BUT DOING TWO JOBS LATELY EARNING MONEY THEN GOING OUT WITH THE WIFE TO SPEND IT FOR CHRISTMAS.
SURE CAN. ALL SORTED NOW. JUST GOT ALL THE PARTS I HAVE CHANGED WITH BMW PARTS. GOT ALIGNMENT DONE AGAIN. JUST LIKE NEW. I CAN'T SAY FOR EVERYONE AS IT MAY JUST BE MYSELF WHO HAS THE PROBLEM WITH POWERFLEX ON THE X. BUT AS GOOD AS POWERFLEX HAVE BEEN ON MY e30, e36,e39 AND e46. THEY JUST DON'T SEEM TO CUT THE MUSTARD ON THE X.
HOPE THIS HELPS

Not sure what Powerflex claims, but I have read in Roundel that the urethane bushings don't last as long as OEM on the streets due to road conditions. Apparently, they are great for track use where the pavement is smooth, but potholes and bumps don't seem to agree with the urethane ones.

Side note, I just saw that there was a massive fire at their UK warehouse/factory.
