LED plate light

just replaced to LED plate light, and seeing an error message. bought it from a buyer who guranteed that there won't be such a message.

anyway to get rid of this error message?

Contact the seller and have them send another one on their dime, or threaten to leave negative comments. Bad results and buying experiences keeps the sellers honest, and potential buyers reading positive and negative reviews helps everyone.

Honestly the only way to get rid of the message is fitting a resistor. I'm assuming the seller already tried but didn't create enough load..It will be tough to attach one because of the space limitations of the housing...

Can you show us a link/picture to the bulbs you used so people know NOT to buy them?

James is right though, get a refund as they don't work as advertised- if the seller wont willingly help you, paypal is pretty good about having your back.

Actually, Sobi, a member here, was able to find a set that never gave him a single problem. Juppalgae, if you'd like I can contact him and find his sellers name if things don't work out the way they should w/ your current seller.

BMW LED LICENSE PLATE LIGHT e36 e46 e53 e39 M3 M5 X5:eBay Motors (item 270491630075 end time Dec-26-09 15:04:46 PST)

am sick and tired of these untruthful sellers!

I'm guessing that's who you bought from? He offers money back, unfortunately we're stuck w/ the return shipping. Have you written him like I suggest w/ the threats of leaving negative reviews since it's not as advertised? I'm pretty sure he doesn't wanna ruin that 100% rating he has.

I had to get PayPal involved when someone sent me a replacement laptop screen...in a paper envelope!! Even though it was clearly his fault, and even if your seller is misadvertising his products, he has to get the item mailed back to him on our dime before you get your refund.

I'll get a hold of Sobi, but he hasn't been answering is texts/calls lately. You can search for him on here as well. He was selling a set in the For Sale forums for like $20 shipped.
