well i would crack the headlight if it wasnt.. u will get a new one....

there is also the possibility of damage to the rear diff and transmission park if it`s an automatic and was in park at the time .

definitely get the 4.8 front bumper. dont blow it!!!!

Ok, update...as of right now...$10,000 worth of repairs plus another $900 for rental car fees, I should get her back today..so will post new pics when I get her!!!

I'd rather them total it with repairs like that. In the end you will lose on the re-sale value..

I have a similar hit to ours as well...guy hit us at Newark airport and the damage looks quite close to the one pictures above, although not quite as bad.

Magnusz, is it correct that you have front end issues from this hit...ie one wheel is straight while the other is turned? Ours is (seemingly) cosmetic, and we were actually just starting to roll so the X wasn't in park.

So, where is everyone getting the 4.8 front bumper from these days and how much? I assume OEM from a dealer...of course one that discounts for board members or CCA members.
