Great customer service NOT.
I guess they dont care about the "older" detectors, just selling new ones.
It seems that they NO LONGER SUPPLY any transformers for the older original units.
I have an original PASSPORT unit that works fine for me, but when I sold my last car I forgot to take the 9v transformer and cord that I had installed above the center roof panel out...
Not good, maybe a VALENTINE is the answer....Cincinnati you S _ _ K

YOU GOT THAT RIGHT.....Imagine that its only about 25 years old, but it STILL WORKS, I will give them that...(did work before I gave away the transformer and power cord),,,,probably not a good idea to call the guy who bought my 99 528iT

I would think that the technology of a new unit is so much better that it might be time to upgrade.

for the price of the cord, just buy a new one...

but you can check e-gay.. they got everything
