problem missfire !

hi all

got a missfire on my 4.4 x5 , when you put your foot down pass kick down it missfires like mad in every gear.

starts fine, run fine untill you get pass 4000rpm , got a fault code p0343 camshaft sensor , but would it just be that or something else ?

any help please
