Replacing just the window motor?
 

My 2001 X5 3.0 has a worn out passenger side front window motor that was working very slowly which then stopped working. It requires manpower to push the window up into the closed position.
I assume its just the motor that needs to be replaced.
Is there a way to do that without removing all the brackets and cables and such?
Any write ups with pictures? Thanks for any info.
