Colored door handles
 

I have a White 01' X5, the only thing that bothers me about her is i have the black door handles. They're not color matched like newer models. Does anyone know if i can buy four new door hanldes already painted white or should i just paint the existing ones.? Thanks for any help

You can paint the existing. I did this with my 01 3.0 when I had it.

Theoretically you could find a used set on eBay or at a boneyard. But in reality you may be better off just having yours painted. While you are at it, consider having some of the other black trim painted as well.

great idea to get the handles painted: what else do you think might look good with body colour paint?

i wanna know this too - easy to take the handles out?
easy to find matching paint (tit. silver) that weathers well?
